Help and Advice Guide to Buying the right size Bicycle
Framesets are measured in general from the center of the bottom bracket, to the top of the seat tube. This sounds as if its easy to specify what size frame or bike you will need to buy but its not quite that simple as pretty much all bicycle and framset makers build and measure their frame sets differently!
Don't worry though, all you really need to do is actually get on a bike and test ride it. It's the best way of buying a bike with a frame size that fits you properly since bikes are obviously not designed to fit all body types, lengths and shapes as there are too many. As a guide you need to get the basic frame size correct and then you can go about adjusting reach, saddle height and postion by using different sized bike components. This way you should be able to build a bike that is the right size for you.
